Laurelwood is a 66 acre private community of
33 rental houses in western Albemarle County, twenty minutes from downtown Charlottesville and eight
minutes south of Crozet. We pride ourselves on providing an atmosphere of peace and quiet, along with friendly yet professional
service. Laurelwood affords the conveniences of a city residence in a beautiful country setting. Included in the rent
are water and sewer utilities, comprehensive on-site maintenance, snow removal, lawn care, trash collection and pest control.
Cats are accepted, dogs are not. Each house has zone electric heat, a large A/C unit, and a woodstove. Most houses have a
screened porch; some have decks, some have storage buildings. High speed internet access is now available. We ask you
